Renovation of a military facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project consists of replacing the existing 1988 model year 336,000 BTU/h hot water boiler in Building 290 at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station with a new high-efficiency condensing boiler. Work includes installation of all associated boiler room copper piping, valves, a 3-way valve, water treatment system, boiler controls, and replacement of the existing pump and 2 HP pump motor. The contractor will provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to complete the work. The contract duration is 60 calendar days after notice to proceed, including inspections and punch list. Location: Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station, St. Louis, Missouri.
