GSA requires the removal and replacement of the TPO roof on the commercial building at the Calais International Avenue Land Port of Entry (LPOE), which suffered severe wind damage. After multiple inspections, including a review by the roofing manufacturer's representative, it has been determined that the roof needs a complete replacement. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the full roof replacement in accordance with applicable standards and specifications.
