The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide complete design, permitting and construction administration services for the replacement of the City of Las Vegas West Yard Fuel Island. Scope of the project includes, but is not limited to the replacement of underground storage tanks and associated piping, dispensers, fuel island specific electrical, leak detection equipment, site demolition and metal fencing. Question Deadline 01/09/2026 at 5:00 PM PT All questions regarding this RSOQmust be directed to the Purchasing & Contracts Representative named on the Event Details Tab. All Participants and Offerors shall initiate all contact with the City through this designated Purchasing & Contracts Representative beginning with the issuance of the RSOQ and ending with the award of any Contract, or the cancellation of the RSOQif no Contract is awarded. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
