Sletten Construction of Nevada, Inc. Is Signatory to the Laborers, Carpenter, Cement Masons, and Ironworker Unions. Subcontractor/vendor Does Not Need to Be Signatory, but All Workers Supplied in These Crafts for This Project Will Need to Be Union Members. The Project Consists of Building a New School and Demolishing the Existing School on the Same Site. The New School is a (+/-) 76,000sf Building Footprint. The Scope of Work Includes Demolition, Concrete, Steel, Cmu, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, Insulation, Doors & Frames, Storefront, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Furnishings, Fire Suppression/ Alarm, Plumbing, Mechanical, Bms, Electrical, Earthwork, Paving, Landscaping and Onsite /offsite Utilities.
