The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals for The Downtown South Area Plan will guide development and concepts within and consistent with the 2050 Master Plan with specific detail for land use and community development, transportation, the environment, economy and education, and public infrastructure and services. The management and delivery of the plan will be conducted 'in-house' by City of Las Vegas staff, while the city will work with the selected consultant on specialized services involving plan outreach, engagement, and feedback.
