Exceptions: Two (2) light poles located at opposite ends of the property (marked on the floor plan), that will only have the copper removed from them. These poles will be used by our Police Services to support 360- degree cameras. These cameras will be provided and installed by Police Services. Also, all the parking lot curbs and asphalt are to remain, to allow for a potential future use as a temporary parking lot. All utilities are to be terminated and lines capped at the edges of the property. All underground lines into the property are to be removed. Exposed trenches are to be infilled with compressed soil. Work to be coordinated with the utility companies. There is a grease interceptor just west of the multipurpose building. This interceptor is to be completely removed and the pit cleaned, before it being infilled with existing soil, following UPC guidelines. The height discrepancy between the current multipurpose building's pad and the level of the parking lot south of it (a drop of about two or three feet) should be gradually leveled, using earth removed from other locations on the site, to ease the drop, while attempting to preserve the parking lot stalls and driveway.
