The work involves replacing the hot and cold water pumps in the Operating Room Mechanical Room at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove the existing pumps and install new pumps in accordance with manufacturer specifications and VA standards. The scope includes disconnecting and removing old pumps, installing new pumps, making all necessary piping and electrical connections, and ensuring proper alignment and operation. The contractor must also perform system testing and verification to confirm functionality and compliance with performance requirements. Work shall be completed with minimal disruption to hospital operations and in compliance with all applicable safety and infection control protocols. **Location:** Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422.
