Sealed bids are invited for an annual contract for air handling units for EBRP Libraries, to be delivered to various locations. Bidders must complete all blanks on the provided forms to avoid rejection. The bid submission requires acknowledgment of all addenda, completion of designated signature and information spaces, and adherence to form instructions. No alterations, changes or additions are allowed unless specifically required by the specification. Evidence of a current occupational license and/or permit issued by the City-Parish must be provided by the successful vendor if services are to be performed in East Baton Rouge City-Parish. All prices must comply with the conditions, terms, and specifications of the solicitation. Discounts for early payment and stated delivery days after receipt of order must be noted.
