Remodeling of a medical facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade medical facility.
Furnish labor and materials for SVM Large Animal Hospital refinish flooring. All bids must be submitted via email to lsubids@lsu.edu. Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates is required, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond from a surety company licensed to do business in Louisiana, signed by the surety's agency or attorney-in-fact. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana, in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount.
