Renovation of a military facility in Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to repair or rebuild the Simplex 4100ES Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) at Building 491. The work must utilize all existing functional devices and ensure that network communication capability is maintained between Building 491 and Building 492 for fire pump activation. **Location:** Offutt Visitor Center, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing by Friday, 19 December 2025 11:00 AM CST. Answers to all questions will be posted on sam.gov by 26 December 11:00 AM CST. provide & install equipment: o Simplex 4100ES and all ancillary equipment required. o NEMA 3 enclosure for fire alarm panel. Program panel: o Verify all Firmware, software, and patches are installed as required o Program all devices and actions in the panel to ensure function. Test/Inspect/Certify (after troubleshooting): o After the troubleshooting is completed, and at such time as the Contracting Officer may direct, the contractor shall conduct an operating test for approval. o The contractor shall demonstrate the functionality of Fire Alarm system and connectivity to B492. o The test shall be performed in the presence of the Fire Inspector, Alarms Shop, and Contracting Officer or an authorized representative. The contractor shall furnish all the instruments and personnel required to perform the tests.
