ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED THROUGH 11:00 A.M. ON JANUARY 7, 2026 Sealed bids are invited for furnishing Cantilever Slide Access Gates requirements. Bids must be submitted through the Commission's website. Bids not submitted this way will not be considered. The relevant General Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Special Provisions, Bid Form, Affidavit, and Contract (if applicable) are available upon request and without charge via email. Each bid must be on the form prescribed and comply with all provided terms and conditions. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid complies with all prescribed requirements. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor technicalities or irregularities. A bid guaranty/performance bond is not required for this bid invitation. If a Bidder has a question or inquiry concerning the Bidding Documents or concerning any technical requirements relating to the equipment or services to be furnished, inquiry should be made to (purchasing@ohioturnpike.org). Responses will be provided to all Bidders communicating an interest in the Bid Invitation.
