The purpose of this solicitation is to describe the requirements for: The work to be performed under this project includes the reconfiguration of the four-way intersection at Midland Road and Blue Jay Road into a single-lane roundabout. This will involve traffic control, site clearing, grading, and base preparation. It also consists of constructing the splitter islands, central island, and circulatory roadway along with drainage, utility adjustments and lighting. Please see the plans for detailed information. QQuestion Deadline 03/11/2026 at 2:00 PM ET must be made in writing via the County's eProcurement Portal The Completion Date for this Contract shall be within 365 from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
