Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The available work consists of multiple building roof replacements at several park buildings including the AD Barnes Pool Building and Leisure Access Building (Building 9), Rockway Park Pool Building, Recreation Center Small and Small Shelter, Westwood Park Main Building, and Jefferson Reaves Building. The contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the complete removal and disposal of the existing roofing systems and install new modified bitumen or metal standing seam roof systems as specified. The roof systems must meet specified technical requirements, including minimum membrane counts, fire ratings, warranty requirements, and compliance with Resolution No. R-54-18 Cool Roofs, and the latest building codes. Some sites require additional work such as installation of aluminum gutters and downspouts. Substitute materials may be considered if they meet or exceed the specified standards. Experience with at least two similar projects is required. Contractors must hold the required licenses and comply with all project documentation and permitting requirements. All bids must be submitted with evidence of relevant experience, including project names, dollar values, and references for verification purposes.
