Per Addendum 2 - BID OPENING CANCELLATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ROTATION SELECTION PROCESS Under this rotation process, the list of bidders is restricted to rotated contractors listed in numerical order based on their position in the rotation pool provided by the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) office. As such, no quotes from contractors outside the rotation list will be accepted and a bid opening is not required. (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and performing all operations required to perform the Work in accordance wth the Contract Documents. Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing a new 5-ton rooftop air conditioning package unit with energy-efficient, EPA-compliant, and Miami-Dade County-approved commercial systems in compliance with new refrigerant and building code standards effective 2025. Work also includes removal of existing 5-ton Carrier unit Model 50IM-006-V501, Rooftop. Additional details are listed under Article 2.02 of the Special Provisions. Question Deadline 12/15/2025 All RFI requests shall be emailed on or before two working days before the Due Date to Alfredo.Munoz@miamidade.gov while copying Frances. Perez@miamidade.gov and the Clerk of the Board(clerkbcc@miamidade.gov).
