Scope of work shall include, but not be limited to: Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the rehab-repair of the light poles at MIA Building 714 including: removing existing light poles on roof top; reconstructing light pole pedestals; installing new light poles; and applying new waterproofing system (W.P.). Contractor shall review all documents, specifications, and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) for work to be completed. Please refer to the plans for further description of the scope of work. Bidders and all subcontractors must hold a valid, current, and active State and/or Miami-Dade County contractor's license consistent with the requirements of the scope of work. The selected contractor must possess a General Contractor License and have a minimum of 5 years' experience performing work in their specific trade. Contractors must demonstrate that their firm or its key employees have experience performing their respective trade within the company's noted history with at least one year of directly related work.
