Bids are invited for the Tuttle Lateral Pathway project. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. No additional scope of work or detailed instructions to bidders are provided in the available text. Question Submission Close Date 12/23/2025 5:00 PM MST This project includes the installation of a proposed irrigation utilities and multi-use path connection between Spaulding Ranch and Milwaukee Street. The scope of work for this contract includes: o Demolition, removal and disposal of irrigation channel, gate, metal fencing, footbridge and railing, bollard, culvert, irrigation control structure, irrigation valves and associated components, wood fencing, tree stump, irrigation vault, pavers, irrigation pipe and striping. o Sawcut and removal of existing asphalt and concrete paving. o Relocation of existing Shed o Minor site grading, earthwork, and drainage. o Asphalt repair. o Utility installation, including fiber optic vault and fiber optic innerduct conduit. o Concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, ADA ramp, concrete pathway, crosswalk striping, pathway striping, chain link fencing, vehicle double-swing gate, cobble, rock mulch, bollard, litter receptacle, pathway signage, welcome sign and dog leash sign and waste bag dispenser. o Irrigation repair. o Landscape repair. o Tree preservation.
