Estimated Construction Cost: $26,500,000.00 The Project consists of but not limited to: New Center for Active Living Building Project. Only pre-qualified filed sub and General bidders may submit bids All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 03/20/2026 at 5:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 04/03/2026 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. TRADES Masonry Miscellaneous and Ornamental Metals Waterproofing / Dampproofing / Caulking Roofing and Flashing Glass and Glazing Tile General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the TOWN OF HINGHAM . Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000
