Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Replace existing turf and infill material at Webster & Edison High School. Sealed Bids in duplicate are requested for Tulsa Public Schools Turf Replacement at Webster & Edison High Schools. Bids must comply with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 and be accompanied by a bid security amounting to 5% of the bid. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty days and executed within sixty days thereafter. A contractor qualification statement must be submitted seven calendar days prior to the bid date if not already on file. The bidder must include the number of calendar days required to complete the project on the bid form, as the completion date will be a significant factor in selecting the lowest responsible bid. There is a $2,500 liquidated damages clause for each day the contract is not completed on time. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid. Contractor may begin at Webster on May 1, 2026, and must be completed by June 15, 2026. Contractor may begin work at Edison on May 15, 2026, and must be completed by June 30, 2026.
