consists of the construction and installation of one (1) 2,000,000 - gallon ground level prestressed concrete water storage tank, piping, excavation, grading and all related appurtenances shown on the plans. The allotted time for construction is 210 calendar days. CITY OF ERIN is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We encourage all small and minority owned firms and women's business enterprises to participate. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the CITY OF ERIN. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
