Online bidding is to be conducted for the 2026 Traffic Signal Installation Project Package 1. Bids must be submitted online via Civcast at Https://www.civcastusa.com/bids. Online bid services open for bidding on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, and close on Friday, January 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CT. Follow submittal instructions on Civcast. Hard copies will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and results posted on Civcast on the bid deadline day; results will also be read aloud via Webex. The solicitation includes services and materials related to steel reinforcing bars and rods, hot laid asphaltic concrete, ready-mix concrete, boring, drilling, concrete coring, street and parking facility striping, sidewalk and driveway construction, traffic sign and signal installation/removal, and traffic control services to include placement and removal of control devices.
