Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

You are invited to attend an Open House at Martinez II to discuss the upcoming for the Upper Martinez and Martinez II Improvement Design Project tentatively scheduled for release in February 2026. The event will begin at Martinez II with a 20-minute presentation, followed by a 30-minute self-guided walkthrough*. Afterward, River Authority staff and attendees will travel to Upper Martinez (approximately a 15-minute drive) for an additional 30-minute self-guided walkthrough*. The event will conclude at Upper Martinez with a 10-minute Q&A session. *Steel-toe boots are required. Locations: Martinez II: 1720 FM 1516, Converse, TX 78109 , Upper Martinez: 8203 Binz-Engleman Rd, San Antonio, TX 78219 This posting is simply a notice of an upcoming event opportunity.
