DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The Project is generally described as follows: The replacement of existing roof systems with a new modified bitumen, composition flashings, and associated sheet metal as indicated on the drawings and specifications to include all general construction, site work, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and all other work as indicated on the construction documents WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The Work includes roof replacement for areas indicated in Contract Documents. 2. Furnishing of all labor, materials, services, equipment and appliances as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. 3. The Drawings and Specifications do not necessarily indicate or describe all Work required for completion of the Project. Contractor shall provide and install all incidentals reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents that are required for a complete Projecthese documents describe the essential elements sufficiently to determine the scope of the Project. 5.
