Renovation of an educational facility in Frankfort, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Scope of work: Roof replacement at Green Meadows Intermediate School as indicated in the Construction Documents. The Low-Slope Re-Roofing Project 2026 scope of work consists of a recover with PVC (KEE) and High-Density cover board. The project square footage is approximately 503 squares. Instructions to bidders: Bids shall be properly and completely executed on Indiana State Board of Accounts, Form 96, Revised 2013. Bidders shall also complete the Supplementary Bid Forms included in the contract documents, submitting all original Bid Information and two complete copies. The entire Bid Forms, including the Non-Collusion Affidavit and Bidders Financial Statement information as part of Indiana Form 96, must be completed. A Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price is required. The awarded bidder must provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, with all bond and insurance costs included in the bid amount. Each bid must include a signed and completed Non-Discrimination Affidavit (or MBE-1) as per any applicable Minority Business Participation Policy. All bid envelopes must be marked clearly, and bids must be in effect for 60 days. Faxed bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the best responsive and responsible qualified bidder(s). The Community Schools of Frankfort reserves the right to reject any and all bids and may waive any formalities in the bidding procedure.
