MC-30 Primer per State of Louisiana Specifications, Section 1002 of the Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges, to be delivered to job site. Bid price must include any applicable taxes or fees. Bidders must include in their proposal a separate statement setting forth any and all preferences to which they claim entitlement. If any preferences are listed, the name and location of the manufacturer must be included. Vendors requesting preference under LA R.S. 39:1604 must meet all statutory requirements.
