Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Whitesburg, Kentucky. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

As of January 27, 2026, project is being rebid. No definite date for the rebid. Work will involve the replacement of approximately 2500 5/8" x 3/4 " residential meters throughout Letcher County, specifically in the areas impacted by the 2022 flood. Bids are requested for the contract titled Flood Damage Meter Replacement (Meter Installation). For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States, in compliance with Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 and subsequent statutes.
