Notice ID- 36C25526Q0115 Project no-657-26-201 Seal inpatient restroom floors at the Saint Louis VA Medical Center under project 657-26-201, including all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform the construction work in full compliance with the solicitation requirements. Work must meet all specifications outlined in the Proposal Instructions to Offerors, with a one-year Guarantee Period of Service after completion and acceptance. Contractors must provide pricing for each CLIN, submit required documentation including bid bonds, and comply with all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses. Joint ventures and contractors must be registered in SAM and VetBiz by the proposal due date, and a signed copy of clause 852-219-75 must be returned with the offer. Location: Saint Louis VA Medical Center - John Cochran Division 915 North Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63106 Question Deadline 03/03/2026 at 2:00 PM CT All request for information are due by Tuesday, for government response. Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
