Caborn Rd. from Copperline Rd. to Boberg Rd.; Weinzapfel Rd. from S 1000 E. St. Philip Rd.; Zoar Church Rd. from SR69 to Raben Rd.; Stewartsville Rd to Lockwood Rd. to Story St.; Showers Rd. from SR 69 to County Line Rd.; St. Philip Rd. from SR 66 Diamond Island Rd. All materials shall meet all requirements of the State and Federal Government. Successful bidder shall furnish the highway department with a price list. Any item picked up or delivered must have a signed invoice or packing slip accompanying it. The highway superintendent may require the successful bidder to remove from the county job any of the bidder's employees who the highway department determines to be performing the contracted work in an unsafe or unsatisfactory manner or who are disruptive to the job site. Bidder shall comply in every respect with Indiana State Laws governing the purchases of the county supplies. The bidder shall use US weight and measures. The bidder shall submit the bid on forms prescribed by the State Board of Accounts and shall be accompanied by certified check or cashier's check, bidders' bond or cash in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the bid including any added alternates. All in accordance with the specification on file at the office of Posey County Auditor. Checks, bonds, or cash securing other contracts or bids with the county will not be treated as accompanying these bids. Firm bids only. Bid forms are to be picked up at the Posey County Highway Office.
