Work includes construction of a new corridor between Lower New Harmony Road and SR 69/Industrial Road in Posey County, Indiana. Bids must be properly and completely executed on forms contained in the contract documents and accompanied by a proposal, itemized proposal, bid bond or certified check, a completely filled out Form No. 96 (Revised 2013), list of proposed suppliers and subcontractors, list of bidder experience, non-collusion affidavit, and acceptable bid security. Any bid not accompanied by these required items shall be deemed non-responsive. Bid security must be a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid price, executed by an incorporated surety company qualified to do business in Indiana. A performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, will be required from the contractor to whom the work is awarded. The owner shall retain ten percent (10%) of each payment until fifty percent (50%) of the work is complete, with retainage not to exceed five percent (5%) of the total contract amount. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a completely filled out and signed Standard Questionnaire Form 96, including the contractor's financial statement, are required. Question Deadline 02/26/2026
