Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harlem Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; and one-story above grade road / highway.
This project consists of improvements to the intersection of Big Walnut Rd and Tussic Street Rd by constructing a single-lane roundabout. The project will also add a sidewalk on the west side of Tussic Street Rd and includes full depth pavement, stormwater design, and landscaping. Light poles to be installed are specified as 23' 6" round tapered aluminum with a 10' davit arm, as per plan. No zero or negative unit prices and labor are allowed. -This project consists of the improvements to the intersection of Big Walnut Rd and Tussic Street Rd by roundabout (Single Lane). Also, addition of sidewalk on west side of Tussic Street Rd. Project also includes full depth pavement, storm design, and landscaping. LOCATION Genoa Township, Delaware County, Ohio at the intersection of Big Walnut Road and Tussic Street Road. The Owner requires that all work associated with the project be completed before August 14, 2026.
