The Board is seeking to pre-qualify experienced Architectural firms to provide architectural services including Design Development, Contract Documents & Tender development assistance, Construction & Contract Administration and provide Feasibility Studies on a required basis as further summarized herein. Group Estimated Fee Value Typical types of Projects Procurement Method A $40,000 and Under Minor renovations Pylon signs Utilizing a Rotational list, UCDSB may enter into negotiations with, and award a contract directly to, any pre-qualified respondent. At its discretion, if UCDSB is unable to reach an agreement with a firm--whether due to lack of interest in the assignment or fees exceeding the budget--the next pre-qualified firm on the list will be contacted. This process will continue until an agreement is successfully reached. B $40,001 and Above Larger/Major Renovations HVAC upgrades Window/Glazing projects All pre-qualified firms will be invited to an Invitational RFQ/Tender. Question Deadline: Thu Jan 8, 2026 12:00:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 36 The Pre-qualification will be for a three (3) year period. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
