The Plumas County Department of Facility Services and Airports is responsible for maintaining several County-owned buildings and Properties throughout Plumas County. This includes, but is not limited to, routine maintenance, HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, yard maintenance, and Capital Improvement Projects. The purpose for this Invitation for Bid is to seek and enter into a contract with a Contractor that holds a C-13 Fencing Contractor License issued by the state of California, to install a new automatic vehicle gate at the Plumas County Sheriff's Office Contractor is to provide all labor and materials to remove existing rolling gate and properly dispose of it and construct new 20ft wide x 6ft tall vertical pivot gate and personnel gate including 3 strands barbed wire at top of gates with all associated hardware and controls including, electrical, concrete pad for opener, exit loop, battery backup, pedestal with keypad and 50 RFID tags and reader for vehicle entrance. All work is to be done in a safe manner to current codes, manufacturers' installation guidelines and industry standards. Contractor to include all specifications of all equipment and gate to be installed. This project requires prevailing wage and will be registered with DIR.
