Required services may include planning, surveying, environmental evaluations, design, bidding, permitting, project management, construction administration, inspection, and other architectural and engineering services for various current and future projects. Projects may include roads, site preparation, utility infrastructure, greenfield development, brownfield remediation, storm water improvements, and construction or renovation of buildings to support economic development. Interested firms must submit three copies of all requested information by mail or hand delivery, and one electronic copy by the specified deadline. It is the respondent's responsibility to ensure receipt by the deadline. The selection process involves evaluation of submissions, interviews, ranking of at least three firms, and negotiations starting with the highest ranked. If a satisfactory contract cannot be negotiated, the process continues to the next ranked firm. The procurement is subject to State regulations, and the award process ensures non-discrimination and full opportunity for women-owned, disadvantaged, and minority business enterprises. The authority reserves rights to accept or reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and to waive any non-conformity in submissions. Preparation costs are not reimbursable.
