Contract #1 is for the US Route 522 South Sewer and Water Line Extensions for the Warm Springs Public Service District and the Town of Bath in Morgan County, West Virginia. Bids will be received for the construction of this project. Instructions to bidders include information on how to obtain or examine bidding documents from The Thrasher Group, Inc. Bidding documents are available for purchase as hard copy full-size drawings and specifications for $150.00 per set, or as digital drawings and specifications for $40.00 per set via an online link. Shipping charges are additional depending on the method requested. Prospective bidders can obtain documents from the issuing office Monday through Friday during business hours. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. The Work will be substantially completed within 330 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 360 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The Project includes the following Work: The installation of approximately 10,750 linear feet (LF) of 8" Gravity Sewer Pipe, 50 each (EA) manholes, 4000 LF of 6" Force Main, two (2) pump stations, and all necessary related appurtenances. Additionally, this contract will include the installation of approximately 12,000 LF of 8" waterline, 12 EA 8" gate valves, 12 EA fire hydrant assemblies, and all necessary related appurtenances.
