The City of Durham, North Carolina, Department of Water Management (DWM) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consulting firms to provide Professional Engineering Services for Internal Western Intake Partnership (WIP) Transmission Main Improvements. DWM anticipates utilizing the selected firm to initially provide field evaluations, design, permitting and bidding services. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, preliminary and final design and construction document preparation; opinions of project cost; survey and geotechnical engineering field investigations; identifying easement requirements and supporting easement acquisition; permitting; public outreach; and bid phase services. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
