The City of Daytona Beach is seeking proposals from licensed General Contractors within the State of Florida to provide complete construction and general contracting services for a wide range of City projects on an as-needed basis. Individual projects under this solicitation will not exceed a total contract value of $470,000.00 per project. Contractors will be responsible for the overall coordination, management, and completion of the projects, including adequate furnishing of all material, labor, equipment, tools, and services necessary to complete each project. The City intends to award this Request for Proposals (RFP) to at least three Contractors for an initial term of two years, with three additional one-year renewal options.
