Medical Waste Disposal Services are required for the El Paso VA Health Care System. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to collect, remove, and dispose of regulated medical waste in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Services include furnishing approved containers, scheduled pickups, and proper handling of biohazardous materials to ensure safe and environmentally responsible disposal. The contractor must maintain documentation of waste collection and disposal, adhere to infection control standards, and ensure timely service to prevent accumulation of hazardous waste. Location: El Paso VA Health Care System, 5001 N. Piedras Street, El Paso, TX 79930. Questions: All questions must be received by Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 13:00 CST. All questions submitted for this solicitation shall be electronically sent to the following email address: marcellus.jackson@va.gov. Please title email Solicitation Number, Questions. Questions shall clearly identify which part of the solicitation. Questions received after the stated date and time may be addressed at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Answers to questions will be addressed via an amendment to the solicitation and posted to Website.
