Sealed bids are invited for the reconstruction of the intersection of Winters Landing Dr. and Macchi Ave. Complete solicitation packages including plans, specifications, terms, conditions, general instructions, and bid submission documents are available and must be obtained in their entirety; partial packages will not be distributed. Bidders must indicate their role (general contractor, subcontractor, manufacturer, or supplier) when obtaining the package, and only registered holders will receive any addenda. The Town of Oakland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities as deemed in the Town's best interest.
