San Francisco Public Works seeks to award up to five master agreements to pre-qualified Consultant or Joint Venture firms to provide as-needed structural engineering and related technical services. Assignments will vary in size and complexity. Each selected consultant will enter into a master agreement with a total contract value not-to-exceed $3,000,000 and a five-year term, with Contract Service Orders (CSO) issued throughout the contract duration. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement and Good Faith Outreach requirements apply, with an LBE subconsulting requirement set at 20% of the total value of services. Proposers must submit their proposals via the SF City Partner Website by the stated deadline. Consultants with billing classifications subject to prevailing wages must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of award. All proposal submissions must follow the specified requirements.
