STA-State Street/Cleveland Avenue Stark County Stark County is seeking a qualified firm to provide right of way acquisition services. The services necessary are Right of Way acquisition activities, including title work, appraisals, negotiations, and closings for a project to begin for Stark County in FY2026. The improvement project consists of removing the existing signal at this intersection and constructing a roundabout extending approximately 500 feet in each direction at the intersection, with potential right turn bypass lanes in two directions. The project is estimated to involve up to 8 Right of Way parcels and 4 Relocation parcels. It is anticipated to have preliminary right of way plans in January 2026. Stage 2 design and final right of way plans are expected be completed by April 1, 2026. The selected consultant will be authorized to proceed with title work once preliminary right of way is approved, with appraisals and full acquisition services beginning in early fall 2026. The estimated construction plan file date is April 2027. Estimated Construction Cost: $ 4,700,000.00 Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below.
