1329666: IEPA SRF Census Tract 6 – Block Level Lead Service Line Replacements (LSLR) Projects, Department of Water, Type: Construction. Bidders must complete and submit an electronic bid prior to the bid due date through the City of Chicago's website. Paper bids will not be accepted. The procurement will be funded in part by a loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) and will be subject to regulations related to the Public Water Supply Loan Program, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, and "Use of American Iron and Steel/Build America, Buy America (AIS/BABA)" requirements. The procurement also requires compliance with disadvantaged business enterprises (MBE and WBE) policies and President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. Bids requiring a bid deposit must include a bid bond provided by a surety company authorized in the United States, with a scanned copy attached to the online bid submission and the original received within 3 business days of bid opening. Any late bids will not be accepted.
