AHCB has been selected as the CMAR for the Concourse D Project at OHare International Airport. Bid Package 14, all construction inside the Airport Operations Area, includes the following: Trade Package 49: Concourse D Painting/Wall Coverings: This trade package includes all labor, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete all painting and wall covering work for Concourse D for level 2 and 3. This scope includes preparing, priming, and finishing all designated surfaces. Work covers application of paints, stains, coatings, and sealers. This subcontractor shall provide protection of adjacent finishes to deliver a complete, clean, and uniform finish in compliance with project requirements. Painting scope for BOH areas which includes Basement level and Level 1 are not included in this trade package. Trade Package 50: Concourse D Painting (SBI): This trade package includes all labor, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete all painting and wall covering work for Concourse D for Basement Level and level 1. This scope includes preparing, priming, and finishing all designated surfaces. Work covers application of paints, stains, coatings, and sealers. This subcontractor shall provide protection of adjacent finishes to deliver a complete, clean, and uniform finish in compliance with project requirements. Painting scope for Level 2 and Level 3 are not included in this trade package. Trade Package 51: Concourse D Signage: Signage scope consists of fabrication, furnishing and installation of complete signage for the Concourse D project. This Trade Package includes but is not limited to subframing, connections, anchors, fasteners, reinforcing, and other miscellaneous accessories required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. This scope includes engineering of structural and electrical components, shop drawings, samples, mockups, code conformance and coordination with other trades. Trade Package 52: Concourse D Division 10 Procurement: Subcontractor shall furnish, deliver and install toilet accessories, toilet compartments, and fire protection specialties for Concourse D to include but not limited to toilet partitions, urinal panels, hand-sanitizers, grab bars, mirrors, shower seats, shelves, hooks, toilet tissue dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, sanitary napkin/tampon dispensers, toilet seat cover dispensers, and fasteners and all required accessories. TP52 Subcontractor shall provide shop drawings as well as delegated design submittals for the fabrication and installation of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Trade Package 53: Concourse D Special Systems Consultant: This trade package is to provide technology solution to connect and manage airport systems. This subcontractor is to design and implement an integrated system ensuring passenger processing, operations, security, communications, and infrastructure work seamlessly. Trade Package 54: Concourse D Millwork: This trade package includes furnishing, fabricating, and installing all architectural woodwork, casework, paneling, countertops, and trims for Concourse D. Work includes but is not limited to material, samples, fabrication, shop drawings, delivery, and all coordination necessary to perform this work in compliance with project requirements.
