Work on this project includes: The complete procurement, delivery, installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of one (1) new motor and sludge pump assembly. The Motor shall meet or exceed the following minimum specifications: Rated power: 40 HP, Speed: 1200 RPM, Voltage: 460 V. The pump shall meet or exceed the following minimum specifications: Rated flow: 710 GPM minimum, Total dynamic head: 93 ft, Discharge connection: 4 in, Suction connection: 8 in, Impeller diameter: 14.6 in, Free passage: 3.15 in. The contractor shall set, align, and mount the pump and motor at the designated location, install all mechanical/electrical components in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices, provide and install all electrical wiring, conduit, terminations, and controls necessary for pump operation, integrate the pump with existing facility electrical and control systems, perform all functional tests to verify proper operation, alignment, and performance, correct any deficiencies identified during testing, provide commissioning documentation verifying operational readiness, and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide a fully operational system in accordance with these specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for, Providing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete the work. Ensuring all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinating work with facility personnel as needed. Maintaining a clean and safe worksite at all times. Performing site cleanup and restoration upon project completion.Pump and motor submittals/specification sheets, Installation plan and schedule, Electrical diagrams or as-built documentation, Test and commissioning reports, and Warranty documentation.
