The scope includes evaluating potential pedestrian safety improvements, providing costing analysis, permitting, design services, and grant assistance services. Inquiries and Clarifications Requests Deadline is December 30, 2025 at 3:00 pm ET.All questions must be submitted in writing via the Questions section of the on-line solicitation or emailed to the authorized City contact.
