Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Kemmerer, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of concrete demolition and repair including concrete sidewalk and paver replacement. In addition, work will include concrete anchors, excavation, drainage pipe installation, landscaping modifications and appurtenances. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. All bids are to be prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Responsible Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference.
