Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Provo, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Provo City School District is publishing a Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) from qualified architectural firms to provide complete architectural design services for a new elementary school to be constructed on the current Dixon Middle School site. It is anticipated that this RFSQ will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code . The vendor with the highest ranking will be selected to negotiate a contract at compensation determined to be fair and reasonable. If fair and reasonable compensation, contract requirements, and contract documents cannot be agreed upon with the highest-ranked vendor, the district may proceed with negotiations with the next highest-ranked vendor. Length of Contract: The resulting contract will cover the entire duration of the project and will conclude once the District and contractor agree that all work has been satisfactorily completed. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions will be received at online. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
