The work will include replacement of two box culverts, full depth pavement and shoulder reconstruction, milling and paving, replacement of guiderail and pavement markings. Bids should be made in writing on the forms furnished with each set of Contract Documents. All bidders must submit all of SECTION 1 of this proposal with their bid. Bids will not be accepted from bidders not on the Bidders List. Each Bidder shall include a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, bank cashiers check, or an irrevocable standby letter of credit from a bank, and subject to the conditions provided in the IMPORTANT BIDDER INFORMATION. All bids must be accompanied by a fully executed Non-Collusion Certification and Attachment D Certification Iranian Energy Sector Divestment pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law Section 103-g. Construction of this project will be done in strict accordance with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) policies, procedures, and Standard Specifications (U.S. Customary Units), latest edition, and all addenda in effect on the date of advertisement for bids.
