0000 CH HCY The proposed Project 0000 CH HCY T0503 01C is located in the Town of Huachuca City in Cochise County on Skyline Drive between SR90 and the landfill entrance. The proposed work consists of roadway reconstruction. The work includes asphaltic concrete pavement, curb and gutter removal and reconstruction, sidewalk ramp, concrete driveway replacement, and guardrail removal. The work also includes grading, scuppers, signing, pavement marking, and other related work. SouthCent District Item # Local Engineering Specialist: Vian Rashid Question Deadline 02/10/2026 The Department May Not Answer All Questions, and Any Decision on Whether a Question is Answered Will Be Within the Sole Discretion of the Department. Any Questions Received Less Than Three Working Days Prior to The Bid Opening Date May Not Be Answered. The time allowed for the completion of the work included in the Construction Phase of the contract will be 185 working days. The time allowed for the completion of the work included in the Landscape Establishment Phase of the contract will be 90 calendar days.
