Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Inglewood, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and fire / police facility.

The City seeks a Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials for the removal, replacement, and installation of complete sewage sump pump systems. The Contractor is to install complete sewage sump pump systems in three locations as follows: 1. City Hall Sub-Basement: replace the faulty sewage sump pump bearing, discharge piping inside the pit, a full-port gate, check valves, and upgrade the controls. 2. EOC Sub-Basement: replacement of the discharge piping inside the pit, upgrading controls, a full-port gate, and check valves. 3. Police Station: replacement of two sump pump systems, a full-port gate, check valves, upgrading of controls, and a new 208/230 volt 20 amp circuit. The Contractor is responsible for providing a fully functional and code-compliant installation. Systems must include start and high-water float switches, and pumps must be submersible. The brand for controls must be SJE Rhombus or equivalent with Hands-Off-Auto (H-O-A) operation. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 at 12:00 PM PT
