The City of Inglewood (City) seeks a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Cleaning Contractor to perform comprehensive cleaning and restoration of the HVAC system components. All components related to the air ventilation systems at City Hall, City Service Center, and the Police Station must abide by the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (ACR) and the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards. The entire HVAC system must be cleaned, with the following included but not limited to: • Air Handlers: Internal surfaces, coils (evaporator fins), blowers, condensation pans, and drains. • Ductwork: All supply, return, and exhaust air ducts (both flexible and rigid). • Air Distribution Devices: Registers, grilles, and diffusers. • Internal Components: Turning vanes, dampers, heat exchangers, and air plenums.
