Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of an electronic bond from an electronic surety bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system(s) as indicated in the electronic bid Solicitation online and licensed to conduct business in the State of Louisiana payable to Jefferson Parish in the amount of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). The Selected Proposer shall be required to provide a Performance (surety) Bond in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) the successful performance of the contract in accordance with the negotiated terms and conditions of the parties. Proposer shall provide scheduled preventative maintenance for the Jefferson Parish Drainage Department at the following stations listed below. Preventive maintenance shall include but not limited to testing and submitting reports confirming automation of pump systems operate as designed. Items to inspect at a minimum shall include control panels, instruments, power supplies, starters, floats, control devices, and HMI's. Proposer shall confirm all equipment at stations.
